The Magic Faraway Tree was initially conceived on a 3+ acre plot. However, it has now grown to 10 acres in size with a recent acquisition of a neighbouring portion of land. On completion, the project will have 4 apartment towers, a commercial block, amenities, and lot of open spaces.
The project will be handed over in multiple phases.
Phase 1: Tower 1 is spread over 19 levels and has 72 duplexes and 2 penthouse apartments. Phase 1 completed.
Phase 2: It comprises Towers 2, 3 and 4, each with 31 levels. The central tower (3) has duplex apartments while the peripheral circular towers have simplex apartments.
The circular towers have 4 units per floor while the duplex tower has 8 units per floor.
